Aleksandr Skobov was extended the measure of restraint – this was reported in the telegram channel “Skobov in prison” by the wife of political prisoner Olga Shcheglova.
“Today in the city court of Syktyvkar, Judge Ekaterina Andreevna Nechaeva extended Aleksander Valeryevich measure of restraint: arrest until December 13, 2024, – says Olga. – Before the start of the hearing, the court secretary informed me that I would be removed from the courtroom at the request of investigator Andrei Kozhukhov and suggested that I not participate in the hearing at all. I refused, wishing to participate in the open part of the session and at the announcement of the decision. Actually, it was not a surprise for me, because in a conversation yesterday (I signed an application for the exchange of clothes for winter ones) to my question about the number of episodes in the indictment of the investigation under Article 205.2 the investigator dryly replied that our communication with him was over, as I would disclose the content of the conversations. Well, finished is finished. The only thing it may affect is the granting of visiting permits, but I still have them.
Aleksandr Valerievich, as usual, refused to participate in the meeting, uttering his invariable formulation: “Glory to Ukraine! Death to the Russian invaders! Death to Putin, tyrant, scoundrel and murderer!”. I didn’t hear the rest.
Skobov is awake, relatively healthy and sends his regards to everyone. Having finished editing a voluminous article for Historical Expertise, he promises to return to answering letters from his correspondents, which he had put off due to work that required concentration and tension.
