At the 13th Free Russia Forum held in Vilnius on October 4-5, members of the Forum’s sanctions group decided to add new figures to the Putin’s List.
Putin’s List was supplemented with more than a hundred new figures, including propagandists, actors, representatives of the repressive bodies of Putin’s regime, appointees in the occupied territories, leaders and employees of the Kremlin’s “fake factory” called Team I.
The most prominent propagandist included in Putin’s List this time was TV host Vladimir Pozner. Actor Aleksandr Lazarev and Alexei Ivliev, the “war correspondent” of the NTV channel, were also on the list.
Representatives of Putin’s Federal Penitentiary Service were not spared. Deputy Justice Minister Vsevolod Vukolov, who was earlier included in the EU station lists in connection with the murder of Alexei Navalny, was also included in the PL.
Forum participants do not forget about our comrades persecuted by the repressive bodies of the Russian Federation. We remember about our colleague Aleksandr Skobov, who is in prison. That is why we have decided to include in the Forum the persons involved in his persecution.
One such person is Aram Khachatryan, an operative of the Center “E” in St. Petersburg, who may be involved in the death of the St. Petersburg activist Ioffe.
Our list also includes dozens of judges leading cases of anti-war activists, as well as a number of other political cases.
Finally, Putin’s List was supplemented with representatives of the group Team I, which is engaged in disinformation propaganda activities in the West. Among them are Ilya Gambashidze, the project’s head and “chief technologist”; Sofia Zakharova, a desk officer of the “President of the Russian Federation” Department for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Communications Infrastructure, one of the direct supervisors of the project on the part of the AP; Alexei Goltyaev, a former employee of the permanent mission of the Russian Federation to the UN office in Geneva, a member of the special “headquarters for work in the West”.
In the near future, work will begin on adding new figures to the Putin List website and writing detailed dossiers on them.
