Bloomberg: Evan Herskovich and Paul Whelan extradited to the U.S. as part of an exchange

The Wall Street Journal correspondent Evan Gershkovich and Marine Paul Whelan, convicted in Russia, have been extradited to the United States as part of a prisoner exchange. This is reported by Bloomberg agency.
