Volodymyr Zelensky came to Vilnius to attend NATO summit

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Vilnius, where the summit of the North Atlantic Alliance began on July 11. This, in particular, was reported by Suspilne with reference to Zelensky’s press secretary Serhii Nikiforov.

The Ukrainian president arrived on a Polish government plane from the city of Rzeszów.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov also arrived for the meeting.

Zelensky is expected to speak at 18:00 Moscow time.

Earlier today, Zelensky criticized the alliance for its indecisive, in his opinion, position on the issue of Ukraine’s membership in NATO. The president called such a position “weakness” and promised to “frankly” discuss the issue at the summit.
