“Putin is “building confidence” by launching the largest missile strike against Kyiv in weeks, just against the backdrop of the visit of African leaders to our capital. Russian missiles are a signal to Africa: Russia wants more war, not peace”, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote.
A delegation arrived in Kyiv today to discuss the African peace initiative, headed by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. After a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky representatives of African countries are going to hold talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
