On May 22, 2023 the Ministry of Internal Affairs declared actor Alexei Panin wanted.
The Interior Ministry has put actor Alexei Panin on the federal wanted list. This was brought to the attention of Werstka.
Early in May RIA Novosti and Baza with reference to sources wrote that criminal case on public justification of terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of RF) was brought against Panin.
The reason for the case was Panin’s post in social networks about the explosion on the Crimean bridge. In this publication the actor, as the Telegram-channel specified, said that he “cannot hide his joy” from the explosion, and he also complained that the money that was “poured” into the construction of the bridge “could have saved thousands of sick children”.
Searches were carried out in Panin’s former apartment in Moscow. The actor himself left Russia for Spain back in 2020, Baza reported.
