Biography
Born in Krasnoyarsk in 1961. In 1978 graduated from English special school with a gold medal. Since 1983, after receiving a diploma from the Physics Department of Krasnoyarsk State University, worked at the Institute of Physics of the Krasnoyarsk Branch of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. In 1992 defended PhD thesis.
Since 2003 has worked in universities, research centers and companies in Great Britain, Finland, Germany and Lithuania. Research area: semiconductor microelectronics. Specifically, has been involved in the invention and fabrication of modern semiconductor chips, starting with modeling of physical processes, design of future devices, their technological implementation in clean rooms, subsequent characterization and analysis of results, and finishing with writing papers. The research results have been published in leading international journals and formalized in patents. The latest application for the patent is filed in September 2023.
