My sources in the Kremlin confirm that Russia, in addition to terrorizing civilians and destroying energy infrastructure, is actively hunting Ukraine’s top officials.
A recent example is the March 25 ballistic missile strike on the center of Kyiv. The target was SSU facilities. One of which was supposed to be visited by Volodymyr Zelensky: the president was going to meet with the leadership of the Ukrainian security service on a departmental holiday. The meeting was canceled at the last moment, and the missiles were shot down by air defense systems.
According to my information, this is not the only case in recent times when Russian forces tried to hit the country’s leadership, the Ukrainian Armed Forces and intelligence agencies. The interlocutors claim that this practice will only intensify.
This information is corroborated by a rambling note from the Russian Foreign Ministry, in which Moscow implicates Ukraine in the terrorist attack at Crocus and demands the “extradition” of SSU head Vasyl Malyuk. The Putin regime, according to the old Chekist habit, always tries to cover its crimes with some fictitious papers or decisions of supposedly collegial bodies like the Russian Security Council, the Federation Council and so on.
Obviously, the terrorist attack near Moscow will be used to cover up attempts to assassinate the Ukrainian leadership.
