Certainly, another “traumatization” of the object of illegal construction, which is known under the nickname “Kerch Bridge”, looks both strange and promising. At first glance, psychologically, of course, it is quite promising for Ukraine, as it shows the absolute insecurity of both this object and the occupied peninsula as a whole. Moreover, everything that has always been said bravura and with incredible pathos about Russia’s ability to control anything in the occupied territories and in Russia itself does not correspond to reality. And this is an axiom that should certainly frighten Russians. And it frightens them enormously. And in the near future it will lead to an accumulative “frightening” effect of decomposition…
However, let’s assume – taking into account the amount of damage – that such a spectacularly ineffective (the railroad continues to function) explosion was carried out by the Russians themselves. Based on their current intellectual level and inability to foresee the consequences – quite a scenario.
So what tasks could they accomplish? First: to try to hijack the subject of… terrorism. Primitive, but nonetheless. To shout at the mouth of the propagandists that it is not only Russia that commits terrorist acts. Which, in fact, they are already doing. Banal Russian propaganda… Second: to provide a concrete “human shield” of civilian occupants along the line of contact throughout the occupied territory. Roughly speaking, to ensure that “women and children” cover the land corridor for bringing in reserves. Again, a classic Russian (publicly declared by Putin more than once) tactic of fighting on a large scale… Third: to try to deeply frighten its neophytes and aggressively influence the social environment in Russia itself. To prove that this is a real war, albeit falsely called “SMO”. And that 17 months of a “three-day” war is normal. And that losses of a few hundred thousand are just a holiday. Also classic lies…
And, finally, fourth: there is now an eternal need to generate the most bloody and scandalous reasons to divert attention from the “weak czar” named Putin, who brilliantly demonstrated his cowardice in his personal situation with the unsuccessful “Prigozhin rebellion”….
Anyway, all this is very practical and very typical for Russia – primitive technological problems and primitive technological solutions. And it is indifferent to the fact that it hits hard on the reputation of the “Russian army” and Russian special services…
