In the fall, Russia will hold regular elections (or “elections”) – local, regional and by-elections to the State Duma. How should we deal with the conditions of war, censorship and complete control of the electoral process by the authorities? How should we treat those politicians who want to take part in them? What should voters, including those who are abroad, do? What role will electronic voting play? The politician Yulia Galyamina, who is in Moscow, and Ivan Tyutrin, a politician and associate of Garry Kasparov who left Russia long ago, will argue about this.
